Good service at a fair price!

We have all our GM vehicles serviced at Colonial because the service team is amazing! Clay always takes time to explain things to me and is honest about when things need to be addressed. As a woman who handles all of these things on my own it is nice to feel like they have my back and aren’t taking advantage. Good job Colonial Service!

Elizabeth was great. She really knew the car and explained everything. She was not pushy. She was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Everything went well. I checked in and they said it would be 45 minutes. 30 minutes I was out and the service was complete. Tire pressure, oil life everything on point.

Worst experience ever when it came to maintenance on the vehicle. Mechanic did not tighten any of the rear RH lug nuts causing the tire to come off while driving down the road. After further inspection of vehicle not only was the back tire not installed properly. Every single wheel/tire lug nuts were not torqued properly and were falling off while driving. Costumer service was fine when it came to receiving parts, but the company should have more final inspections and checks before vehicles leave the property. Location understood the mistake but was going to charge me labor to reinstall / fix their mistake when non of it would have happened in the first place if they took the right precautions when it came to doing the maintenance properly.
