I visited the dealership for routine maintenance on my 2024 GMC truck and was in and out within 40-minutes - this included my 45,000 mile service, oil change and filter change as well as tire rotation.

I have had the fortunate experience of having Jeff Lord as my salesperson. He was exceptionally thorough with his explanations and very caring to see if my needs were met. I’ve known Service Advisor, Clay Winkler for many years when dealing with my Colonial bought vehicles 2000 GMC Savanna and my Pontiac G6. I’ve own a 2014 Chevy Traverse and prefer to have it serviced at Colonial GMC, under Clay’s experienced guidance.

Clay took care of issue and got recall parts on order for us

I called Clay in Service on 7/23/25 to see if I could drop off my Enclave on 7/24/25 for an oil change and for them to check out my air conditioning. He said yes, they could work me in. I dropped it off at 7:30 am and it was ready around 3:09 pm. Perfect! Excellent customer service. Colonial GMC is where we purchase and service all of our vehicles.

I had an excellent experience. Clay did an excellent job informing me of what service I needed in a very professional manner. Clay also showed me how to set certain settings on my car, he was very helpful. Thank you Clay!
