To be honest, a trip to a dealership is rarely a positive experience. Many dealerships employ bate and switch tactics, double talk, and gimmicky sales pitches in an attempt to sale us something that we don't need or even want. That was not my experience at Colonial GMC Buick! It all started with an email that detailed exactly what I was looking for. Scott responded within a couple of hours. He included two vehicles that matched what I was looking for (one not quite what I wanted but less expensive and one that was an exact match). He also included a price quote exactly as I requested. We scheduled a meet and greet at the dealership and I was not hassled at all by any other sales team members. In a no-pressure setting, my wife and I walked around the vehicle while Scott answered questions and demonstrated several features. The test drive was very casual and non-pushy. I was so pleased with the experience that there was no need to debate the decision any further. The paperwork presented at the table matched the one in the email. Scott patiently walked us through the process of completing paperwork and any incentives that were applicable, offered coffee and water, and continued to answer any questions. No haggle! Then we got to meet Chris, the sales manager. I could tell that Chris is the kind of team leader people respect. Chris continued the high level of customer service, taking time to explain options available before we closed the deal. I never felt pushed into any decision, just matter-of-fact explanations. After signing, Scott walked us to the freshly washed and cleaned truck waiting out front. Scott answered more detailed questions about the vehicle, helped us set up some of the key features, and was honest when something was a little more technical, deferring to the owner's manual. I appreciate honesty. I left feeling that I had received excellent service and would not hesitate to refer any friends and family to them for a purchase. Scott and Chris are the standard of what car buying should be. Thanks guys!
