Communication is quick and straightforward. However, it seems that the responses are poorly informed and the service advisors respond to issues with made-up solutions. In this age of information, the answers are readily available to anyone, so when I compare the response to online blogs, I'm baffled to learn that the service advisor is completely wrong. Keeping vehicles in good working condition takes finesse and planning, and it is difficult to do that when you don’t offer a broad loan vehicle option. How can there be a list of over 28 customers waiting for a loaner? Then your workforce/technicians are absent. I wish I had a better report, but this is what I have experienced.
