From parking to driving off in a new truck it was my best ever experience buying a new vehicle. Went in to get a feel for what I wanted and was catered to by Jeff Lord from the moment I was walking across the parking lot. Him and this dealership were personally recommended to me prior, and without getting a chance to go in and ask for him, he greeted my family in the parking lot and made us feel comfortable from the start. The knowledge and friendliness throughout the discussions of what I was looking for and into looking at trucks and then driving them were extremely helpful in my decision making. The effort and communications after our test drive and talks to find the one I wanted put me in a new truck within the week. Overall great experience with everyone there from start to finish with the sales, finance and general manager. I will definitely recommend Jeff and this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle, honest sales and a good deal.

Very dissatisfied. I dropped my truck off for a simple moon roof leak and took 10 days after me calling and finally coming to dealership to say they couldn’t find a leak. I tried to show the video to the service rep but blew me off. I’m a supervisor in the customer service industry. I have never experienced this type of bad service and respect to the customer.
